LOST PRINCESS SCREENING

The Lost Princess will be screened at the People's Choice Film Festival at the Center Stage Studio Theatre, 227 Center Street in Hobart, Indiana on March 11, 2006. We are very excited about this and we've been informed that our movie will be screened there again! If you build it....

Wow! Second weekend at the Arizona Renaissance Festival was just grand! We had a very busy three day weekend. Shows were really fun. Most of the entertainers I spoke to had a really great weekend. Lots of folks showed up from all over the country. We saw "fans/friends" from Texas, Oregon, California, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Arizona (duh!), various unknown Canadian locations, Colorado, New Mexico.....I guess there is an advantage to being at a festival in Arizona in February. The weather was really lovely with temps in the upper 60s to lower 70s (which is actually a liitle cool if you are from here) with just enough shade and sun.

I was really touched when a patron Lady (I do not know her name) came up and thanked us for making the movies. She said that it was so god to see Dan the Duke of Danger again, and that she really loved seeing Fool Hearty (as they are not at the Arizona Festival anymore). She seemed to understand that we are not just "making movies" - but making movies with our friends. And we perserve their images. I just thought it was cool.

We are quite pleased to announce the release of SARAH MARIE MULLEN'S new CD: The Wild Wood. It is very beautiful - and she plays with some of the best musicians in our Rennie world! This has been a long time in the making and we are thrilled that it is finally available. You can pick one up from Sarah herself (if you happen to come out to the Arizona Festival) or through our website. Just check out the merchandise section. (I'd really like to rip off Click and Clack's term, but mustn't!) Anyway, you are going to love it!

Season going!

Hello again!

We'd like to thank all of you who came out to the opening weekend of the Arizona Renaissance Festival! We had a terrific and wacky time getting our shows completely together! It seems that no matter how much we think we rehearse, we always discover new, or "forgotten" material as we perform it! It can be odd, sometimes, when you realize that a joke you just said was part of a routine you did 20 years ago!

Also, thank you all of you who complimented us on our review in Renaissance Magazine - if you haven't seen it, check it out, its pretty good!

Plus it seems that the new credit card feature on our website HAS made it easier to get your favorite Don Juan and Miguel/Esmeralda "stuff". (like THE LOST PRINCESS) And speaking of stuff - Sarah Mullen's new harp CD will be out this coming weekend! Stop by and pick one up from her if you make it out to the Arizona Festival!

Season Starts/Renaissance Mag Review

Dear friends and fans!!!

Huzzah! Our season begins tomorrow with the opening of the 18th Annual Arizona Renaissance Festival near Apache Junction, AZ and are we excited! It's always great to perform, to see familiar faces and meet new friends. Many of our old friends are back - some have gone on to other festivals - and we wish them great luck!

Don Juan, Esmeralda and I have been rehearsing (really!), getting ready for tomorrow's opening! Come on out and see us!
